Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule 30 minutes
before workout. On non-workout days take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule
6-8 hours later. Do not exceed 2 capsules in any 24 hour period.
