Jarro-Gar 800 is NOT aged or subjected to steam distillation or high heats because these processes denature the garlic. JARRO-GAR 800 contains the original amino acids, vitamins, minerals and special sulphur compounds, including diallyldisulfide compounds, and selenium in naturally occurring garlic.
