Directions:
Before birth: Gently massage into the nipple and surrounding area two to three
times daily during last 2 - 3 weeks of pregnancy.
After birth: After breastfeeding, wipe the nipple area with a clean damp cloth.

Rinse or wipe clean with a clean warm cloth before the next feed.
