Nitric Oxide is a key molecule produced by the body. It causes vasodialation. In layman's terms, it expands the diameter of the blood vessels. This allows for a higher rate of blood flow, which in turn gives your bloodstream greater oxygen transport, as well as a greater delivery of nutrients for repair and growth. The shortcomings of the typical oral NO product is that it gives this effect over your entire body. So what we have done is make it easier for your bodies "cleaning crew" to get around, but there is still no particular focus on the muscles that need it most. So while oral consumption of nitric oxide products is beneficial, it is not the best way to use this supplement.
