Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 3 to 9 capsules once daily with a high carbohydrate meal. Avoid taking on an empty stomach and with high protein foods. Wait at least 90 minutes before taking other protein or amino acids.

90-140lb: 3 capsules
141-175lb: 5 capules
176-225lb: 7 capsules
225+lb: 9 capsules
For best results, the usage of OKG capsules should be intergrated with a training schedule of 5 to 10 hours per week.
