American Body Building (ABB) started as a performance drink company which prides itself on having the best products available for those who care about bodybuilding and fitness. Every product that is produced is designed to fulfill a specific purpose. In the past few years, ABB has expanded to protein bars and supplements, but our main concept will always be focused on our performance drinks.

In contrast to other drink companies, American Body Building manufactures and bottles their performance drinks. American Body Body has its own 'state of the art' manufacturing plant, which is 60,000 square feet, and located in Walterboro, South Carolina. Owning our own manufacturing facilities means that only the best products come out, no switching to inferior proteins while claiming the best. Our 'Declaration of Quality' states clearly that we only have the finest and highest quality protein in our drinks, unlike other companies, and wish to inform the public by asking them to 'Read the Labels!'

In 1995, American Body Building was purchased by Weider Nutrition Foods (Joe Weider's company). Their main offices are in Salt Lake City, Utah, With Weider's backing, ABB will continue to be the dominant force in performance drinks.

American Body Building takes pride in the association with all types of athletes, but it is the hardcore or serious athlete that we target. These are the individuals that read the ads, that study the ingredients, that taste the products and know the difference. We have earned the business of many athletes over the past decade and we intend to keep it by continuing to innovate and lead in the sports drink industry.
