Super Saver
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Ground service.
Average delivery times are 2-5 business
days. Once your order is shipped, you
will be emailed a shipping confirmation.
*PO Box orders must choose Priority Mail
Priority Mail
Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail
and delivered within 3-6 business days
of when you place your order (military
addresses may take longer). Upon
shipment of your order, you will be
emailed a shipment confirmation and a
delivery confirmation number so you can
confirm that your order has shipped.
UPS Shipping
Options
UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next
Day Air are available as shipping
options within the 48 contiguous United
States. You will be charged based on the
weight of your order as calculated using
the UPS shipping rate table. This
shipping charge will appear in your
shopping cart as you finalize your order
BUT before your credit card is charged
so you can review this amount. Upon
shipment of your order, you will be
emailed a shipment confirmation and a
tracking number so you can track your
order.

International
Orders
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post
Global Priority Packet Service. You will
be charged based on the weight of your
order as calculated using the Deutsche
Post shipping rates. This shipping
charge will appear in your shopping cart
as you finalize your order BUT before
your credit card is charged so you can
review this amount. Upon shipment of
your order, you will be emailed a
shipment confirmation so you can confirm
that your order has shipped. Buyer is
responsible for all taxes, duties,
tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's

This is our standard, most economical
shipping method. Delivery is 5-10
business days. There is no tracking
available. This is duty-free to Canada.
Packages shipped using this method are
less frequently scrutinized by Customs
Agents and as such unpredictable delays
are less likely.

Payment Options
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover.
Money Orders: Must be drawn in US funds.
Checks drawn in US Funds: In order to
maintain our low prices, it's necessary
for us to wait for checks to clear
deposit before shipment, so please allow
an extra 7 days. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
COD Orders: We do NOT accept COD orders
Damaged Shipments
We make every effort to safely secure
and ship all packages, but we understand
that sometimes merchandise can be
damaged during the shipping process.
Merchandise damaged during shipping
should be reported to us within 24 hours
of receipt. We will contact the shipping
company for visual inspection of the
merchandise and box. We will then issue
you credit for the amount of any
confirmed damaged merchandise.Return Policy
Please call us during our normal
business hours for return authorization
prior to returning any merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in sellable
condition in order to receive credit.
Full credit will be issued for unopened
merchandise returned within 15 days of
your receipt of shipment. A 15%
restocking fee will be applied to
authorized returns received after 15
days and a 25% restock fee will be
applied to unauthorized returns. Product
returns cannot be accepted after 30
days.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry.
Although every attempt is made to
maintain inventory of each product we
carry, occasionally we may run out of
certain products. In this event, we will
give you an estimated time of
availability and give you the choice of
canceling the out-of-stock items,
holding off shipment of your entire
order until the product is available, or
receiving a partial shipment of the
in-stock items first and the
out-of-stock items when they are
available. No additional shipping
charges will be incurred by the customer
for these partial shipments.
International
Shipping Restrictions
1. We cannot be responsible for any
tariffs, customs restrictions or other
regulations that apply in countries
outside the United States. We encourage
you to speak with your customs office if
you have any questions.
2. Do not order items that are illegal
to import into your country. Laws are
different in every country. It is the
customer's responsibility to check with
their Customs office to see if their
country permits the shipment of our
products to their country. A 15%
restocking fee will be applied to orders
returned by customs as "illegal to
import."
3. We are unable to issue a refund for
any reason unless all products are
returned to us in their original
condition. If the package is returned to
us, the customer is responsible for any
shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee
will be applied to orders returned as
"unclaimed."
4. The customer pays actual shipping
charges based on the weight of the
package. Shipping charges alone are
frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost
of the products. Your shipping charge
will appear in your shopping cart as you
finalize your order BUT before your
credit card is charged so you can review
this amount.
5. Prepayment is required. Payment must
be by credit card, US money order, or
personal check drawn on US bank.
6. The customer is responsible for any
duties or taxes that may apply.
7. Due to the limitations of certain
International shipping vendors, tracking
numbers can not always be provided for
International Orders.

Please Note: All prices quoted within
our site are in US funds.
When Will I
Receive My Order?
For an example, let's say that you
ordered on Monday at 9:00am Eastern Time
and you selected UPS 3 Day Select for
shipping. Your order will be shipped on
the same day (Monday), because it was
order before 12:00pm Eastern Time. It
will then take 3 business days after it
shipped to arrive.
The three business days would be,
Tuesday (1), Wednesday (2) and arrive on
Thursday (3). You should receive an
email on the evening your order ships,
with your tracking information.
