This is the best tasting protien/MRP that I have ever used. It compliments breakfast very well: Oatmeal/infusion+skim milk/V8.. It's also nice for in between meals, where as it can hold you over for 2hrs before feeling hungry again. Go with Chocolate Peanutbutter. It would be nice if it were cheaper, but it has a laundry list of good stuff in it....worth every penny. |
