a bit of a mixed bag on this product, i've been using this for about 5 weeks, and my initial weight was 165 as a 5'8" man, i am now 179. i worked out about 2 times a week and ran 1 mile twice a week. i noticed and was very happy the first week as i saw results immediately--i had definitely gained mass. unfortunately as weeks went by i didn't see much muscle gain or definition from my workouts. after 5 weeks i can say i am bigger in mass but nothing that special in terms of muscle definition. the worst part is i have a bit of a pot belly as well (water weight?). it may be because i have a slower metabolism and running twice a week may not be enough. in conclusion for 40 bucks i definitely did see results, just the not the results i was hoping for. i am going to try out optimum nutrition's whey protein next month to see if i can get better results. |
