So I took one today with my oatmeal in the morning and I usually have a snack at 10am, and I skipped it, not that I couldnt have eaten it cause I could have, but didnt real crave it, a little hungry, but no craving..Not sure if I need to be taking this for a few days first before it totally gets in my system or not. Do feel more motivated not that I have a lot more energy, but we will see...Hopefully Monday I can up the dosage to two pills so we will see... |
