This is a great post-workout product. I have been taking this along with NOexplode and I am very pleased with the results. I have gone from weighing 210lbs to about 195lbs and gained strenth and endurance. I went from benching sets of 225lbs, 5 or six times; to doing 225lbs about 12 times in only about 5 weeks. Good product, I love the cinnamon roll flavor. |
