I don't write many reviews because most of the products I have tried don't really make a huge impact. I am a competitve runner and I use this before speed workouts on the track. I also used this before a local 1/2 marathon recently where I cut my time from last year by 15 minutes. I definitely feel extra energy and power with this stuff. I am running faster now than I ever have. It also helps since I have to get up a 5 am to go running. I have also found that I only need two scoops on an empty stomach to get great results. If my results ever diminish than I might move it up to three scoops. This stuff rocks! I highly recommend it. Just be aware that the 45 serving size is based on single scoops. Depending on how many scoops one uses the serving size will go down dramatically - to 15 if one goes by the recommended 3 scoop serving. |
