I give this product 4 out of 5 stars.
The only down side is the taste isnt incredible. It tastes good, but nothing compares to muscle milk.
However, 5lbs for $30 is an AWESOME DEAL!!!
We drink protein for the nutrient benefit for the most part, taste is an added bonus. The nutrient profile is the best, it is an awesome all around protein, with alot of BCAA's, especially glutamine.
