I tried the vanilla flavor and it mixes very thick and tastes great like a vanilla milkshake. My shake is 6 ounces of skim milk, 1 TBS of natty PB and 1 scoop of the csaein protein powder mixed up in my blender. It is quite a treat and is filling. One work of caution though is it does not mix that great unless you use a blender. A spoon will not do the jobI have not had the choclate but will try it out next time. I just wish the tub was bigger and a little cheaper. |
