this is an excellent product. it doesn't taste as good as muscle milk, but for the price for 5lbs, you just can't beat it. i have like 3-4 servings a day with fat free milk, and i've added some lean mass and dropped a few pounds around the waste. sometimes i'll add 3 scoops of the chocolate to a packet of sugar free chocolate jello. good stuff...guilt free. |
