I usually do not write reviews. If I decided to write this one, it means a lot. INFUSION from SANN is for athletes looking for the absolute highest quality MRP that's currently available. It's not the best tasting MRP and have kind of powderish taste. But the taste is due to the Oat Fiber and flax powder in the product which brings it's total per serving fiber to 7 grams! Read the ingredients, you'll see that no other company bothers engineering their MRP like SANN does with INFUSION. It is formulated with the right amount of good fats, high fiber, slow releasing Micellar Casein (which is expensive) protein, whey for fast absorption and some other stuff. INFUSION has much less dense and thick texture than other MRPs. Yet, you'll be surprised that it just blunts the appetite for a good 3 hours, which is a god send when dieting and eating every 2-3 hours small meals. I take one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon. What's nice about INFUSION over other MRPs is the fact that you can pretty much be sure that most if not alll 47g of protein per serving will be absorbed and utilized properly by your body for building muscle. The high micellar casein amount along with the good fats and lots of fiber in the product will all contribute to a slow steady prolonged release of amino acids in your body. That's in contrast to other MRPs which contain mostly whey (which is by the way cheaper to manufacture than casein). INFUSION IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.
