I have the tried the s'mores and the strawberry shortcake. The marshmallow in the s'mores flavor was awesome, and the SS wasn't bad either. It has a good amount of protein and not too many cals or carbs, also not too much fat. I prefer Universal HIPROTEIN bars (not available on this site) but these are good, too. |
