Man I am loving this stuff. Mixes easily in a glass with a fork or knife, or shakes real quick in a bottle. Tastes good too (I've only used the Banana though, takes great!) Doesnt bloat you and have all kinds of unecessary crap added to it like may of the other comparable products. The only gripe I have is that the cholesterol content seems to higher than many of the others but I'm not certian this is necessarily bad. |
